Only 5 minutes drive from the El Portet beach of Moraira, Casa Leonora is situated in a quiet, residential area in an elevated position enjoying stunning views of the surrounding woods and hills.

This beautiful villa is furnished in a tasteful modern / rustic style. From the entrance hall there is a lift for your added convenience and stairs lead down to the bedroom accommodation. There is a double room with en-suite bathroom and patio doors lead out onto a private balcony. There are two twin bedrooms located on this level also which share full family bathrooms.

Take the lift or a further flight of stairs to the ground floor and here is a spacious living room with TV and DVD player, this room has large picture windows and patio doors leading onto the terrace and to the infinity pool.  Off from lounge also is a utility room, guest cloakroom and table tennis room.

Outside, the mature gardens offer privacy and there are steps leading down to a lawned area and a pergola for that quiet time to relax. There is a barbeque area which overlooks the pool and is an ideal area for those meals al-fresco.
