Villa Description This super family villa is set within a lovely residential area and is walking distance to Moraira's child friendly beach, welcoming bars and inviting restaurants. Only a 5 minute level walk from the villa, you'll find a friendly local bar, offering large TVs for all your sport, a tasty menu with home cooked food along with local wines and ever popular spirits. The villa accommodation is set out with 'space' in mind, with the pool terrace and the dining terrace you can keep an eye on the kids at all times. The naya leading off from the dining room, is very private with a refreshing sea view, the perfect place to eat, nap or have a quiet read. A spacious lounge offers very comfortable seating with TV, UK channels DVD/CD & radio, leading from the lounge is a sunny dining room which has a lovely sea view and a spare bed for one. A new modern fully fitted kitchen has all the benefits from an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 double bedrooms, one with a shower en-suite, a twin room and a single room. The driveway is gated and provides parking for up to 3 cars, there are additional gates to the garden, which for your peace of mind stops the children from entering the pool area without adult supervision. A perfect family property, with amenities only a walk away, but should you venture out for a night out and feel a little light on your toes a taxi will only cost approximately 6 Euros to your door and that's for 4 passengers ~ a real treat! |
