Terms & Conditions For Moraira Villa Rentals Spain

SERVICES & UTILITIES

All prices are inclusive of water, gas and electricity - moderate use. Bed linen and towels are provided; changed weekly for all reservations over a 2 week stay. Your holiday villa will be cleaned and checked before your arrival.  There is no mid-stay clean unless requested at an additional cost. Cot & high chair hire is at cost and this can be arranged any time after you have secured your booking.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Once we have received your booking details we will confirm on receipt of your 25% deposit. Confirmation will be actioned by either e-mail or post. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to your holiday. Payments to be made by the internet, electronic bank transfer or cheque.

The 25% deposit is requested within 1 week of your booking, until that time your booking will remain provisional. Once the total of 1 week has lapsed without a deposit to secure your booking, we will not be able to guarantee your specific dates.
Your confirmation will list your booking details, the balance, due date, your meet and greet co-ordinator, directions and emergency contact telephone numbers.

CANCELLATIONS - HIRER

All cancellations must be received in writing and by post to Moraira Villa Rentals, and no later than 10 weeks to your departure date.
Cancellations past this deadline will result in loss of all payment, and the full fee payable. Cancellations before the 10 week deadline will result in your 25% deposit being refunded in full.
In the unlikely event of Moraira Villa Rentals cancelling your booking on the property owners behalf, you will be reimbursed in full.

CANCELLATIONS - OWNER

Moraira Villa Rentals are not key holders to any of our advertised properties.  In the unlikely event of a property owner withdrawing their property from our website, the hirer will be reimbursed in full.

The property owner has every right to re-advertise any holiday dates, if the final balance is still outstanding past the 10 week deadline of the final balance being due. The hirer of the property will not only loose their previously secured dates but also their 25% deposit.

AMENDMENT CHARGES

Amendments to your booking must be in writing to Moraira Villa Rentals, by either post or e-mail.                                                   There is NO CHARGE for this service.

OCCUPANCY

Under no circumstances may more than the party total occupy the villa.  Moraira Villa Rentals reserves the right to refuse admittance  to any of our villas / holiday homes for the total party if the arrange number of guests has been amended without our permission.        Pets policy - please enquire at the time of booking.

BREAKAGES DEPOSIT

A breakages deposit of £300 / 300 Euros in cash will be due on your day of arrival and refunded on the day of your departure.

DEPARTURE CHANGEOVER

Changeovers will take place on Saturdays. Access to the villa is 16:00 Departure from the villa is 10:00

SMOKING

Our 'No Smoking' policy applies to only a number of our villas. Please enquire at the time of booking.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

All properties on this website have been inspected and are monitored at all times.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event you should wish to make a complaint, please do so straight away, directly to the property owner.

INSURANCE:

PROPERTY OWNERS 

Moraira Villa Rentals strongly advises that it is the property owners responsibility to have the appropriate insurances in place.

CLIENTS 

It is strongly recommended that the appropriate insurance is taken out in preparation for your holiday.                                          Moraira Villa Rentals accepts no responsibilities to compensate you for any personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage                       of whatever nature suffered by you, or any member of your party, during the booking period or thereafter.

Moraira Villa Rentals acts solely as a booking agent on behalf of the property owner and as such                                                        any contract secured, lays solely between the client and property owner. 

Please note: Be sure to get exact directions for any of the  attractions & fiestas before you set off!
